Description
Megalodon. The name itself already evokes thoughts of something huge, terrible and incredibly hungry. This giant shark is one of the largest predators in the history of our planet. Reaching a length of 15-16 m and a mass of over 35 tons, it was able to hunt any large prey. Megalodon had a cartilaginous skeleton, which is almost never preserved in the form of fossils, so the main findings are teeth.
This tooth received the status of a collector's item for a reason. The condition is almost perfect. The surface of the tooth does not bear any damage. The sawtooth edge does not contain significant defects. Unique coloring, which gives the tooth an aesthetic appeal, completes the picture.
